The printing ink product lines FLEXO PP and FLEXO PVC are suitable for usage on Polypropylene and PVC films, for the adhesive tapes industry as well as for other applications in the packaging sector or based on specific client requests.
The high pigment content ensures a high chromatic yield and the flexibility to achieve the desired coloring intensity through dilution.
All our inks are mixable with one another in every proportion, to maximize the versatility in the end industrial application.
FLEXO PP and FLEXO PVC products, stored in their original containers, guarantee unaltered characteristics for at least 12 months, if kept at a temperature between +5°C and +40°C.
Our inks are optimized for printing with flexographic and rotogravure systems, even with the use of primers.

Usage
Printing of plastic films in PP and PVC by rotogravure and flexography. Use for external printing is not recommended
Dilution depends on the printing conditions and on the desired viscosity values.

Rotogravure Ethyl Acetate Flexography Ethyl Alcohol / Ethyl Acetate Blends 80/20 or 70/30
Specific retardant
Methoxypropanol (PM), in quantity 2-3% for each addition up to a maximum of 10%

Rotogravure: 18 sec Ford cup 4mm
Flexography: 22 sec Ford cup 4mm
